Inside EDC‑TV

Inside EDC‑TV takes you behind the scenes with three industry veterans who’ve spent decades living, breathing, using, breaking, fixing, collecting, and arguing about the gear we all carry. Hosted by Grant Lamontagne of Multitool.org, alongside Abe Elias of Diving Sparrow Knife Works and Inky Chris, the show blends real‑world experience with unfiltered conversation, insider knowledge, and the kind of humor you only get from people who’ve been doing this long enough to stop pretending.

Each episode dives into the tools that shape everyday carry culture: pocket knives, multitools, flashlights, sharpeners, fixed blades, budget finds, premium pieces, and the occasional “why does this exist?” Kickstarter special. From steel composition and lock geometry to ergonomics, design philosophy, and the stories behind the gear, EDC‑TV explores the why behind what we carry.

And what we shouldn’t.

But the show is more than gear talk. It’s the history of the knife industry told by people who were there. It’s the behind‑the‑scenes stories from SHOT Show floors, late‑night forum debates, magazine deadlines, prototypes that never made it, and brands that rose and fell. It’s the kind of conversation you’d overhear at a booth, a campfire, or a back‑room shop.

Honest, unscripted, and occasionally unhinged.

Whether you’re new to EDC or you’ve been around since the days of ATS‑34 and forum flame wars, EDC‑TV gives you a seat at the table. Expect strong opinions, good‑natured arguments, practical advice, and the occasional existential crisis over a $7 knife from Walmart.

EDC‑TV is proudly brought to you by the fine folks at Multitool.org.
